It's fine for the price and uniqueness and such. The biggest problem is the strange blackish-stained portions of the belt?? I'm stumped as to why those odd blackish "clouds" are on the pockets and buckle, especially towards the middles of each little compartment/the belt, but they are definitely present and noticeable.
The belt is made of what seems to be rubber and may have a lot of excess material for those with smaller waists. But the extra length can be cut and the velcro can then be re-sewn on or whatever to better match an individual's waist size, so that doesn't matter too much. The compartments are functional, with little clasps that work fine, and if I recall correctly the belt came with a little batarang and grappling hook~ overall, I wouldn't really recommend this product, because a self-made utility belt would look a lot better and cost more or less the same to make out of craft foam/foam board. But for those who don't want to invest the time to make one, this is ok. I guess. It's really not that great haha

For the price, this is a great belt. Some reviews I read stated the belt was cheap or low quality. Remember, it's for a costume. It feels a little flimsy and one of the pouches came off once. I did need to glue it back together with super glue.
However, it looks good and goes with the cartoon blue and gray Batman outfit.
I thought about buying a more expensive real "utility" belt and painting it yellow for the costume but for the low cost of Rubies belt, I'm glad I bought it.

Helped complete the Batman look
My friend had a wedding with the theme being "GeekQ". It was a take on GQ, but with a geek twist. The couple had the desire for their guests to dress up or incorporate into their outfit anything that they geek out over (hobbies, interests, movies, books, etc.)
My Girlfriend loves her some batman. So she did the little black dress, batman earrings, cape, boots, and of course, the Batman Utility Belt. The utility belt comes with a foam batarang on a string, as well as foam bat throwing star type things (which we lost at the wedding).
The belt pockets were deep enough to hold some airplane bottles of booze. We were able to still snap the pockets closed, so she had a blast walking up to people, saying she was batman, and whipping out some booze to hand to the guests.
This is getting 4/5 from me because while the look works for batman, it would be even better if the batman logo was on the belt in the center. Other than that, this thing worked like a charm.
