Go! Go! Smart Animals Zebra---Love it!
By Samantha T
My one and a half year old son loves this toy. He has several of the Go Go Smart Wheels and really likes them, so when I saw the animals were available I thought we'd try one out. So far he seems to enjoy the zebra even more than the Smart Wheels. It lights up and talks and sings. He loves to run around with it, repeat everything it says, and dance to the songs. It is a perfect size for his hands and sometimes he even likes bringing it along in the car. It also is great for bringing along in your bag/purse if you want a little extra entertainment while waiting at the doctor's office/restaurant, etc. We do not own any of the tracks that you can buy to go along with the animals or the smart wheels so I am anxious to see how those work. Will be purchasing more Go Go Smart Animals!

Ears Break Off Too Easy
By D. Falor
I love the VTech animals and have bought my grandkids many. The Hippo should be recalled in my opinion. My 14 month grandson dropped this Hippo on the ground and one of his ears broke off. Luckily I noticed the ear piece going into his mouth before it caused any trouble. Got me thinking about the other VTech animals with hard protruding ears, tails and such. The hippo is very cute.... but no so durable. I don't think the broke ear piece is large enough for choking but who wants to take any chance on that.

Hugh the Hippo is a cutie
By Jasmine B
I bought the VTech Go! Go! Smart Animals Hippo for my son for his birthday. He likes hearing the words "purple hippo" said together, so I went browsing for one. Came across this little toy and knew I had to buy it. Hugh the Hippo is very purple and very cute. He sings songs, talks about things he likes, and teaches the letter H to kids. He has wheels and glides across the floor with ease when my son pushes him. After a while, he does get a bit repetitive, but that may just be because his voice is kind of meh to me. It's young sounding and kid-friendly, but not as cute as some other kids toys with their voices. Overall, it was a good purchase. My son likes playing with him and listening to him talk about eating and making silly eating noises. I'd give Hugh 4 stars.
