    4Great for youngsters
    By Suhr
This is a simple problem solving game based upon clues given. If you are a fan of games like Myst, it is a let down. However, it can make for a fun day of game play for youngsters in their young teens. There is nothing amazing or stunning about the game at all but it can make the young mind think rather than react. Sadly, for the price it is not the best purchase as there are other similar games for less money. This is a Single Player game but anyone watching can easily get involved in solving the clues and puzzles.
Overall, a couple hours of family fun at a slightly more than reasonable price. Expect the simplistic and this game is enjoyable.
Oh.... do not expect this game to be a Titanic immersive wonder, it is merely a problem solving game with a meager Titanic venue / theme at best. Lower your expectations and you will be satisfied.

2Had I been able to rent it first, I wouldn't have bought it.

I love Titanic and anything to do with it. I more so got this for myself than for my kids, but knowing my kids enjoy Titanic too, I thought they would enjoy it. To me the game is pointless. The games and challenges can be difficult and impossible! There is one part where you have to crack a lock (the spinning style). Do you know how impossible that is to do with a Wii controller! Thankfully you can skip through it to move on. If the game didn't have the hint option or the skip option it would be extremely hard to know what to do next in some levels. The graphics are 'ok'. All in all - I wouldn't recommend buying the game. I would rent it (if possible) first to see if you would like it. But really, once you pass through all the levels of the game to the sinking of the ship, there isn't much point in going through it again. I finished it in a few hours time. My 5-year old wanted to try, but I ended up doing a lot of the games/challenges for him. If it would've been any other ship than Titanic, I never would've bought the game in the first place. But the notoriety of the Titanic is the only reason to buy the game.

I thought this would be similar to the "Titanic, Adventure out of time" PC game that I LOVE. . . it isn't. It was limited, just a bunch of stupid puzzles. You can't explore the ship, in fact you can't walk around at all, you can only go to certain areas and use the controller to click on things. It was all over in a couple of hours. The company who made this game should remake it to be more like the old PC game, which was awesome. Too expensive for what it is, it should be a $10 game at most.
